General Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope
These General Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders and contracts between AC-CH GmbH, Brandschenkestrasse 154, 8002 Zurich (hereinafter “Seller”) and its customers. By placing an order, the customer accepts these T&Cs.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in online channels does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
3. Prices and international shipments
All prices are shown in the currency indicated (CHF/EUR/GBP).
Cross-border shipping:
Because shipments may originate from different logistics centers (e.g. within the EU), for cross-border deliveries — particularly to Switzerland or the United Kingdom — the customer is considered the importer of the goods. In such cases, import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply, which the customer must pay directly to the relevant authorities or shipping providers.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The Seller is entitled to make partial deliveries. Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller (hello@hoi-commerce.ch). The customer bears the return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to the logistics location address provided by customer service.
6. Inspection and warranty
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Defects must be reported in writing within 8 days. The statutory warranty period of 2 years applies to demonstrable manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear and improper use are excluded from the warranty.
7. Liability
The Seller’s liability is limited to the mandatory statutory provisions. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded.
8. Final provisions and jurisdiction
If any provisions of these T&Cs are invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
