1. Principle

We take data protection seriously. We collect and process personal data in strict compliance with the applicable provisions of the Swiss FADP.

2. Processing of personal data for orders

When you buy from us (directly or via marketplaces), we process the data required to fulfill your order and deliver your products.

Cooperation with plentymarkets:

We use the e-commerce ERP system plentymarkets (plentySystems AG, Bürgermeister-Brunner-Str. 15, 34117 Kassel, Germany) to run our business processes. The data you submit with your order (name, address, email, purchased items) is transmitted to and stored by plentymarkets. Data transfer to Germany is covered by the Swiss Federal Council’s adequacy decision for the EU/EEA and by corresponding data processing agreements.

Sales via Galaxus:

If you buy our products via the Galaxus marketplace (Digitec Galaxus AG, Pfingstweidstrasse 60b, 8005 Zurich), Galaxus passes on the personal data we need to fulfill and ship your order. Galaxus is responsible for its own data processing on its platform. We then process this data in our system (plentymarkets) to fulfill the contract.

3. Disclosure to shipping and payment providers

To fulfill the contract, we share your data with the shipping company responsible for delivery (e.g. Swiss Post, DHL, DPD), to the extent necessary to deliver your order. For payment processing, we share the necessary payment data with the bank handling the transaction and, where applicable, with payment service providers we work with.

4. Data collection on this website (hosting & log files)

When you access our website, general information is automatically recorded. This information (server log files) includes things like your browser type, operating system, the domain name of your internet service provider, and similar data. This is technically necessary to correctly deliver the website content you request.

5. Data security

To secure your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption (e.g. SSL/TLS) over HTTPS. Our systems are protected by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or distribution of your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request information at any time about the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal data (unless a statutory retention obligation applies).
