Contract & setup
After a successful review, we kick off the partnership. The cooperation is standardized — no setup costs, no minimum order quantities.
Product listing
We handle product listings, marketplace operations, pricing and inventory logic, as well as consistent brand presentation across channels.
Orders & shipping
Non-EU countries: delivery to our German hub. We handle import, customs, VAT, and last mile. EU countries: direct shipping to end customers. We handle marketplace and customer service.
Billing
Billing and payouts are transparent, regular, and fully reconcilable per SKU.
